I participated as an expert in the team’s training and knowledge-sharing activities, covering analytical tools, internal reviews and practical experience.
Approach and solution
Training in the use of analytics
- The team’s work included training employees in analytical tools and explaining approaches through practical examples. Internal reviews complemented training with experience from real work tasks.
- At Studio Leads, user training was part of my work introducing BI reporting for marketing, account management, finance and sales. Reports were adapted to the departments’ recurring processes.
Sharing expertise within the team
- I contributed as an expert to training and knowledge sharing. Practical reviews and experience sharing helped colleagues learn analytical tools and use them in their work.
Outcome
Training sessions and internal reviews supported practical knowledge sharing and helped employees learn analytical tools.
